SOLAR PANEL
Solar panels, sometimes also called photovoltaics, collect energy from the Sun in the form of sunlight and convert it into electricity that can be used to power homes or businesses.
ADVANTAGES OF SOLAR ENERGY
01
Solar energy is a renewable energy source and reduces carbon emissions
02
Solar energy can reduce your home’s electricity bill
03
Solar panels have low maintenance costs
04
Solar energy can generate electricity in any climate
GLOBAL SOLAR ENERGY MARKET
• The global energy crisis is pushing the accelerator on renewable energy expansion. Global renewable capacity is expected to increase by almost 2 400 GW (almost 75%) between 2022 and 2027.
• This year’s forecast has been revised upwards by almost 30% from last year’s despite energy market turbulence, mainly because China, Europe, the United States and India are implementing existing policies, regulatory and market reforms and new policies more quickly than expected to combat the energy crisis.
CUMULATIVE POWER CAPACITY BY TECHNOLOGY, 2010-2027
Cumulative solar power system capacity almost triples to over 2 350 GW by 2027 in the main case, surpassing hydropower in 2024, natural gas in 2026 and coal in 2027 to become the largest installed electricity capacity worldwide. Hydropower is falling to third place in terms of installed renewable capacity due to the rapid expansion of wind.
SOLAR POWER SYSTEM POTENTIAL OF ROMANIA
• Romania is currently one of the best places to invest in green energy.
• Romania is located in European zone B in terms of quantity of sunny days per year (1200-1600 kWh/m2 per year) and has the largest solar potential in the south-eastern part of Europe.
• Romania's solar potential is widespread. The country benefits from about 210 sunny days per year across the south-eastern, the west, the center, and the eastern parts, the best places to place a solar park.
ROMANIA’S GOVERNMENTAL SUPPORT
• In 2021, approximately 7% of the energy generated in the country was from solar power system capacity sources. The government of Romania committed to the European Council (EC) to increase its renewable generation to 30.7% by 2030.
• In 2020, the Romanian Government announced a plan to invest in the National Energy System, estimated at EUR 12,48 billion. The plan aims to boost renewable energy projects, especially solar energy projects, driving the market's growth during the forecast period.
• Hence, such factors indicate that increasing solar energy installed capacity and upcoming projects are expected to drive the Romanian solar energy market during the forecast period.
Our specialization is large solar parks in Romania. We are engaged in the development of projects, obtaining all permits, construction and commissioning of solar stations and further maintenance of solar station. Also we sell big solar parks in Romania.
